Can my pet fly with me in the cabin?
Yes, your pet can fly with you in the cabin, and our crew will ensure this is done so without impacting comfort or mobility. We require that all pets be secured by a safety belt or animal carrier during taxi, takeoff and landing and always remain clear of the exits. If you need an FAA-approved pet safety harness, please reach out to an Owner Services Specialist to request one to be waiting for you on your flight.
Where will my pet sit?
The FAA mandates that pets weighing over 150 pounds remain on the floor, while pets under that limit may be allowed to occupy a seat.
How can I keep my pet comfortable?
While our cabin crew can stock your flight with toys, blankets and beds for your pets, it can be comforting for them to have some of their favorites from home as well. These familiar smells and materials will help them stay calm and feel safe throughout their flight.
Are there any travel restrictions for pets I should be aware of?
Depending on your departure and arrival locations, each destination may have specific rules and regulations for pet travel. There are also limitations regarding the age, health, and breed of your pet. Our team will research and relay any considerations, documentation, approvals or restrictions you may encounter throughout your travel.
What will my pet eat on the plane?

How can I best prepare my pet for the flight?
