CLEVELAND, July 11, 2017 – Flexjet LLC, offering travelers access to the world’s most luxurious fleet of private jets, today announced the launch of the new Flexjet App for iPhone®. This innovative new app will provide yet another avenue for Owners and clients to communicate with Flexjet’s world-renowned customer service team when booking trips, managing their accounts and travel itineraries, all with a few taps.
“We carefully developed a mobile experience that is an intuitive extension of our world-class service,” said Flexjet Chief Executive Officer Michael Silvestro. “Our team has taken the time to design an app that is a true differentiator in the fractional marketplace, meets the personalized needs of our Owners, allows us to serve them better with every tap and delivers more value with every interaction.”
The app will meet the needs of both current and prospective private jet Owners. Prospective buyers can peruse the fleet, see aircraft photo galleries, aircraft statistics and cabin configurations. Existing Owners can book trips, order catering, request ground transportation and get real-time travel notifications for upcoming trips. Along with a detailed itinerary, the app will allow Owners to see photos of their pilots, flight-time estimates and destination research. In addition, the Flexjet app provides easy access to pre-flight information, directions to airport FBO and destination weather.
In developing this app, Flexjet considered feedback from existing fractional Owners. For example, the app shows the assigned aircraft’s previous destination, and allows Owners who regularly make the same trip to quickly re-book a previous mission.
Beyond just travel support, Flexjet Owners also can access billing statements and account status updates with their secure log-in credentials.
Not every Owner wants to manage their travel on a mobile device, and the app can help them as well. The tap-to-call feature will connect Owners with Flexjet’s world-renowned team of account managers, because a live team is always just a phone call away.
“Flexjet’s Owners are constantly on the move. Like so many of us, they are constantly connected to their mobile devices. We want to keep every avenue open so Owners may access an aircraft using their preferred method. Our new app will put our exceptional service in the palm of their hand, optimizing their travel experience,” said Silvestro.
Flexjet fractional, lease and jet card Owners will be able to access their aircraft using whichever method is most comfortable for them, be it via mobile device, a direct phone call to their Account Manager or by email.
