Your Wellbeing and Security as Our Top Priority

A proactive approach to safety-risk management is essential.

A deeply rooted vigilance for it is what raises standards. We provide the peace-of-mind you require for every time you fly. Here, safety and security are always essential travelling companions.

AN INHERENTLY ENGRAINED APPROACH

To ensure we live up to our lofty expectations for wellbeing and security, and continue to challenge and grow, Flexjet deploys a comprehensive curriculum of programmes and protocols that enhance an already robust approach to mission safety.

Flexjet actively participates in a formal, top-down, bottom-up, organisation-wide approach to managing safety risk and assuring the effectiveness of safety risk controls. This includes systematic procedures, practices, and policies for safety risk management, supported by a trusting, open and honest safety culture, where our crews confidently report and help us understand and learn from what is happening in our operation every day. Our advanced and integrated SMS provides an additional layer of protection for our Owners, pilots, crews and ground personnel.

Flexjet utilises leading edge technology to provide real-time Flight Data Monitoring Services across our fleet of aircraft. By having flight data downloaded wirelessly at the completion of each fight, our Safety Department is able to learn rapidly and support our crews in constantly challenging and developing their skills. This ability provides our company and Owners peace of mind while ensuring the quality of their flight’s operation is being monitored via an enhanced Flight Data Monitoring Program.

Our Safety Director coordinates routine simulated and tabletop exercises so as to constantly be prepared to manage potentially challenging situations. The mission of our ERP is to develop and maintain a comprehensive emergency response strategy that will provide the organisation with the framework to prepare, respond, and recover from any emergency event that affects our aircraft, employees and Owners.
