PROGRAMME SIZES

Access options can range from 1/16th (50 hours) to one half shares (400 hours) with each level allotting aircraft Owners a percentage of the 800 flight hours available per year on each aircraft.

Operating Deposit

HOURLY TRANSPORTATION FEE

Charged for each hour an aircraft is in-flight, plus a fixed taxi time. This rate also includes direct costs associated with maintenance, standard catering, engine costs and pilot fees.

1. OPERATING DEPOSIT

5. INCREMENTAL PURCHASING POWER

Add 25-hour blocks of flight time to accommodate changes to your travel needs.

6. AIRCRAFT FLEXIBILITY

Switch between aircraft types to accommodate your range and passenger needs.

7. FLEXIBLE CONTRACT COMMITMENTS

A minimum 30-month term up to a maximum term of 60 months.

8. SHORT CALL OUT TIME

Access an aircraft when you need it, and book a flight with a short callout time.

9. FUEL COMPONENT ADJUSTMENT

Added to the base hourly rate to account for fluctuations in the cost of fuel, which varies monthly.

While each provider is unique, an Access programme requires an initial capital outlay that falls between that associated with shared ownership and a jet card. Without having to take on the upfront costs of owning an asset, including depreciation risks, Access with Flexjet is a smart choice for those who desire the benefits of shared ownership but wish to avoid a large upfront investment.

Additionally, our Access programme can be an attractive option for corporate flight departments, as it is defined as a “travel expense” rather than an owned “asset”.
