OUR CULTURE & HERITAGE

Always Leading the Industry – Never Following It

For nearly 30 years we’ve constantly pushed ourselves and the private aviation industry forward. What started as a sales tool in an aircraft manufacturer’s brochure, has evolved into a preeminent global provider of private jet travel that continues to redefine the industry.

A METHODICAL BUILD

DECADES IN THE MAKING

Through the 40+ years of aviation experience and vision of Flexjet Chairman Kenn Ricci, alongside the industry’s longest-tenured leadership, Flexjet today stands as the world’s most personalised and refined provider of private jet travel. An ascending luxury brand with growing recognition around the world for its exceptional people, aircraft, service and experiences.

While passion serves as both our purpose for being here and the relentless force propelling our continuous innovation, three simple guiding principles always keep us true to course.

A constant emphasis
on a fanatical attention
to detail.

Taking a long-term
approach to relationships.

Understanding that employees
are the foundation of a
service business.

A Culture Fuelled by Passion

Flexjet is not simply a line item on the ledger of an impersonal corporate holding company like other fractional operators. At Flexjet, a true passion for aviation is at the core of our business. It is this belief that fuels our employees, our pilots and crew at all levels of leadership and management. Our comprehensive philosophy guides the decisions we make, the services we provide, and the jets we fly. It is this pursuit that helps us grow and evolve in a way that redefines private aviation.

While passion serves as both our purpose for being here and the relentless force propelling our continuous innovation, three simple guiding principles always keep us true to course.
