Among the most meticulously trained experts in aviation, Flexjet pilots exceed the highest levels of competency, proficiency, professionalism and expertise. Each is type-rated in their assigned aircraft and trained to perform safely in all terrains, environments, and situations.
All Flexjet pilots are trained to the highest standards. All European fixed wing pilots have a minimum of 1,500 flight hours and hold a full Airline Transport Pilot Licence and Class 1 medical certificate.

Our pilot training syllabus includes ongoing training, far beyond the minimum regulatory standard.
All pilots undergo Recurrent Simulator Training every six months, and we invest time to take our crews beyond the regulation. To ensure performance and safety at this level, our pilots are taught by experienced flight instructors in dedicated training facilities.
We have line qualified instructors trained in their assigned aircraft, meaning they regularly deliver training to our pilots in a ‘real world’ operating environment and further cultivates a culture of safety among Flexjet pilots. Additionally, our proprietary training oversight programme allows us to effectively monitor and maintain the Flexjet safety standard.

Available to Flexjet super-midsize aircraft Owners and above, our Red Label dedicated crewing model enhances and personalises private jet travel. HELICOPTER PILOTS
Our instrument-rated helicopter pilots each have extensive experience and training, often gained from service in the military. Each Captain has a minimum of 2,500 hours for fixed wing and 2,000 hours for rotary wing, a class one medical certificate and receives ongoing training of the highest standards.
We empower our accomplished pilots to take full control of mission status based on weather conditions, logistical windows, or operational considerations. Their expertise and experience, coupled with rigorous Flexjet safety standards and best practices give us full confidence in making your mission successful.
