SHARE SIZES

Fractional jet ownership shares commence at 1/16th (or 50 hours), with more hours available in increments of 50. Each share provides access to a percentage of the 800 flight hours allotted per year, per aircraft.

TYPICAL UTILIZATION

Fractional jet ownership is ideal for travelers or corporate accounts who plan on frequently utilizing private flight for 50 or more hours per year.

MAXIMUM TERM: 60 MONTHS

ACQUISITION COST

An asset purchase in an undivided interest in a specific Flexjet aircraft. This allows for a minimum of 50 flight hours per year priced at predictable rates over the course of a specific term in the type of aircraft owned.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE

Covers the indirect expenses associated with operating an aircraft, including pilot training, insurance, crew provisions, cabin support and administrative costs.

OCCUPIED HOURLY RATE

Charged for each hour an aircraft is in-flight, plus 2/10 of an hour for taxi time. Your Occupied Hourly Rate covers the direct costs of operating your aircraft: maintenance, engine reserves, pilot fees, catering, etc. Enjoy low hourly rates for your entire term, with access to the Primary and Extended Service Areas without ferry fees. As a fractional jet owner, you can book your travel with a 10-hour response time.

WHAT IS FRACTIONAL JET OWNERSHIP?

Fractional ownership of private jets provides guaranteed access based on purchased flight hours, making it perfect for those flying 50+ hours annually. Shares start at 1/16th (50 hours), with additional hours available in 50-hour increments. Each share level corresponds to a portion of 800 annual flight hours per aircraft. For instance, a 1/8th share offers 100 flight hours annually, equivalent to about 50,000 miles.

WHAT DOES FRACTIONAL JET OWNERSHIP COST?

With fractional jet ownership, there are minimum and maximum contract periods. Most costs are a fixed amount, and owners may use depreciation deductions applicable to a capital asset. A portion of a share purchase can be sold back to the provider at the end of the contract.

Much of the cost of fractional jet ownership can be broken down into four basic parts:

1. CAPITAL COST (OWNERSHIP)

Your asset purchase cost is determined by the number of hours you buy each year, priced at predictable rates over a specific term for the type of aircraft owned.

2. MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE

Covers the indirect expenses associated with operating your aircraft, including pilot training, insurance, cabin support, trip management, crew provisions and other administrative costs.

3. OCCUPIED HOURLY RATE

Charged for each hour an aircraft is in flight, plus 2/10 taxi time. This rate also includes direct expenses associated with maintenance, standard catering and engine operation.

4. HOURLY FUEL VARIABLE

Added to the base hourly rate to account for fluctuations in the cost of fuel, which varies monthly.
