Flexjet 2025: A Historic Year In Review

Flexjet’s 30th anniversary year is approaching its end, and the past twelve months have been a truly transformative period in our company’s history.

From a record-breaking equity investment, to major fleet announcements, to creative collaborations taking the luxury private aviation experience to ever-greater heights, Flexjet was at the forefront of our industry’s biggest developments in 2025.

1) A MILESTONE INVESTMENT FROM LVMH-BACKED EQUITY GROUP

In July, we were delighted to announce the closure of a record $800 million equity raise from a consortium led by LVMH-backed L Catterton. This is the largest investment ever committed to a private jet travel provider and bolsters Flexjet’s decades-long vision to significantly transform the private aviation experience.

The investment underpins exciting developments in our fleet and infrastructure and will allow us to explore the opportunities this collaboration presents in the luxury sector, to create unrivalled, unique experiences and products for our aircraft Owners.

2) A RECORD AIRCRAFT ORDER WITH EMBRAER

Embraer aircraft, including the super-midsize Praetor 600, form a significant proportion of our 340+ strong global fleet, and we were delighted to sign a new agreement with Embraer Executive Jets earlier in the year.

The $7 billion deal was the largest firm order for both companies to date and includes a commitment to buy 182 new aircraft, with options for 30 more. It will see us almost double the size of the Flexjet fleet over five years.

3) INTRODUCING THE GULFSTREAM G700

In September, we formally introduced the Gulfstream G700 to our U.S. fleet, with three now in operation and more to follow globally.

These industry-defining aircraft expand what is now one of the world’s largest and most refined collections of large-cabin luxury jets and, together with the iconic and extraordinary Gulfstream G650, deliver a fractional jet ownership offering that is unparalleled in boldness, luxury and performance.

4) OUR ‘SEA TO SKY’ CREATIVE COLLABORATION WITH RIVA

Flexjet’s customised and bold LXi Cabin Collection™ interiors are a key differentiator in our exceptional experience offering, and in June we unveiled our latest unique design, Riva Volare.

This is an exquisite, custom-built cabin for our Gulfstream G650 and Sikorsky S-76 helicopter inspired by the iconic Dolce Vita style of the Riva motoryacht – part of the portfolio of global yacht leader and official Flexjet partner Ferretti Group. Riva Volare is the refined result of a joint creative vision and months of expert craftsmanship, and we were delighted to mark the occasion with an unforgettable VIP celebration in Italy, with our aircraft Owners and guests.

5) AT THE FOREFRONT OF FUTURE PRIVATE TRAVEL

In September, Flexjet was announced as the launch customer for the innovative Phantom 3500 business jet by Otto Aerospace, a clean-sheet, ultra-efficient aircraft that leverages breakthrough laminar-flow aerodynamics and precision all-carbon-fiber composites, to cut fuel burn by over 60%.

The super-midsize aircraft is expected to begin operations in 2030, affirming our leadership role in delivering to Flexjet aircraft Owners the future of luxury private aviation.
