Maybourne Expands Collaboration With Flexjet To Offer Suite Guest Arrivals By Helicopter
June 23, 2026
Newly available to Signature Suite guests across Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley and The Emory
London, 23 June 2026 – Maybourne has expanded its bespoke collaboration with luxury private aviation leader Flexjet to offer Signature Suite guests in any of its London hotels the ultimate airborne hotel arrival experience included in their stay, with complimentary Flexjet helicopter transfers for guests arriving by private jet at Farnborough, Biggin Hill, Luton and Stansted airports.
The helicopter transfer partnership between the two luxury brand leaders originated with the launch of London’s first all-suite hotel, The Emory in 2024, and its popularity has resulted in its expansion across Claridge’s, The Connaught, and The Berkeley, as well as The Emory.
Guests landing at the capital’s private jet terminals will be ushered straight to a Flexjet Sikorsky S-76. This super-midsize helicopter is one of the world’s most respected and established private rotary aircraft, with over 7.5 million hours of safe flight during its 40+ year heritage, a twin-engine operation and always commanded by two highly experienced Flexjet helicopter pilots.
Sleek Flexjet LXi Cabin Collection™ interiors offer stylish and spacious seating for up to eight passengers, while advanced performance, stability and specialised sound and vibration-proofing panels ensure a smooth and speedy ride - with extraordinary city skyline views - to the London Heliport in Battersea. Once on the ground, Maybourne’s private fleet will be waiting to chauffeur guests for a final short drive to their chosen Maybourne hotel.
Those who take to the skies will save more than an hour on the roads: time surely far better spent unwinding with a post-transit treatment in the hotels’ cocooning spas, enjoying a glass of Champagne in The Fumoir at Claridge’s, the Michelin-starred delights of Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, a rooftop swim at The Berkeley or relaxing in-suite at The Emory with guests’ own butler on-hand.
Flexjet’s leading UK helicopter fleet forms part of the company’s significant, global private aviation operation, numbering over 350 prestigious jets and helicopters. Distinctive for its world-class aircraft selection and custom-designed LXi Cabin Collection interiors, Flexjet is also renowned for an approach to personalised service and luxury hospitality that is unrivalled in its industry.
This expanded collaboration with Maybourne adds to an existing five-year partnership, which offers exclusive benefits to Flexjet customers at selected properties in the portfolio.

Commenting on the collaboration, Marc Socker, CEO of Maybourne said: “Following its success at The Emory, we are delighted to build upon our partnership with Flexjet to offer our Signature Suite guests the ultimate transfer in the capital. Our guests value time, privacy and precision. Through our collaboration with Flexjet, we offer a journey that is as considered and seamless as the rest of their stay in our hotels.”
Mike Silvestro, CEO of Flexjet added: “Maybourne is the preferred London home from home for so many Flexjet clients and our longstanding partnership is based on a mutual commitment to hospitality at the highest levels. We are now happy to be able to work together to welcome more of Maybourne’s wider VIP hotel guests when they fly into London, showcasing the ‘last mile’ advantage that our helicopter fleet brings for those who want to make the most efficient, effortless and enjoyable arrival.”
