CELEBRATING DECADES
OF DEDICATION
Always Leading the Industry – Never Following It
A METHODICAL BUILD
DECADES IN THE MAKING
As Flexjet commemorates its historic 30th anniversary, we reflect on a journey that began with a singular vision: to redefine the way people access and experience private flight. From modest origins to our emergence as a global fractional leader, Flexjet’s story is one of innovation, an unwavering commitment to service and a timeless dedication — to you.
While passion serves as both our purpose for being here and the relentless force propelling our continuous innovation, three simple guiding principles always keep us true to course.
A constant emphasis
on a fanatical attention
to detail.
Taking a long-term
approach to relationships.
Understanding that employees
are the foundation of a
service business.

A Culture Fueled by Passion
Flexjet is not simply a line item on the ledger of an impersonal corporate holding company like other fractional operators. At Flexjet, a true passion for aviation is at the core of our business. It is this belief that fuels our employees, our pilots and crew at all levels of leadership and management. Our comprehensive philosophy guides the decisions we make, the services we provide, and the jets we fly. It is this pursuit that helps us grow and evolve in a way that redefines private aviation.
