THE QUAIL, A MOTORSPORTS GATHERING
The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, a venue well-known throughout the sporting world and a Flexjet favorite played host to Friday’s annual gathering. From classic models to cutting-edge concept cars, The Quail offered various vehicles that captivated attendees’ appreciation.
The sense of camaraderie and shared appreciation for automotive artistry was palpable, as enthusiasts and collectors mingled with industry insiders and designers, exchanging stories and insights illuminating the rich tapestry of automotive history.
The 2024 edition of The Quail also served as a platform for unveiling several groundbreaking vehicles, offering a glimpse into the future of automotive technology and design.
Taking center stage on Friday at The Quail was a Flexjet activation and hospitality lounge that pulled plenty of nods and inspiration from the new Flexjet Global Headquarters – a steady theme reflected in several event efforts throughout the last year. Topping it all off with a confectionary stand that doled out cotton candy by the bunches and presented another sweet, nostalgic way to further enjoy the day.
As our own ode to engineering excellence, Flexjet’s lounge featured an impressive miniature model display of our complete global fleet. This fan favorite was a visually pleasing way to put our to-scale offerings in full perspective.
Beyond the allure of the exquisite automobiles on display – The Quail embodies a spirit of philanthropy, with charitable initiatives and auctions further enriching the event’s impact. The sense of unity and shared purpose underscored the profound influence of this automotive community in making a positive difference in the world.
PEBBLE BEACH CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE
In 2024, Concours d’Elegance reminded attendees why it remains the height of the automotive calendar with its total elegance and prestige – as enthusiasts and connoisseurs from around the globe converged to celebrate classic automobiles’ timeless beauty and heritage. Against the picturesque backdrop of Pebble Beach’s famed 18th fairway, this year’s event, as always, was a breathtaking display of automotive artistry in such a sublime setting.
From meticulously restored vintage masterpieces to striking examples of automotive design and craftsmanship, the Concours d’Elegance exemplified the enduring appeal of classic cars. Each vehicle represented a unique chapter in the automotive narrative, evoking a deep nostalgia and admiration for an era of unparalleled beauty and sophistication.
Beyond being a lauded automobile celebration, Monterey Car Week is a luxury crossroads of sorts. The occasion served as the perfect platform for the official unveiling of the Flexjet Boutique. Partnering with renowned luxury brands and tastemakers, our web-only boutique presence transcended its online space for the very first time to offer limited-edition products of impeccable craftsmanship and style with a profound Flexjet spin. Aircraft Owners and guests were invited to peruse the exclusive storefront display throughout the afternoon at their leisure.
As the sun set on another successful gathering, it was evident that the event had once again delivered a memorable experience for attendees.
For Flexjet, the weekend is split between two coveted events and typically features a welcoming and beautifully designed hospitality outpost on Friday and Sunday, respectively. Both came complete with shade, refreshments and plenty of good company.
