The final days of January and first of February marked an opportune period for three unforgettable Flexjet gatherings in the region. From Naples Winter Wine Festival to a special Miami helipad unveiling and finally, the 2024 Motorcar Cavalcade – each event was exclusive and exquisite in their own way, however, the main attraction, Flexjet’s Sikorsky S-76 helicopter remained a constant presence throughout all of them.
Just as “the season” hits full stride as the locals refer to the heart of winter, Flexjet reaffirmed in-roads in the Florida market.

2024 NAPLES WINTER WINE FESTIVAL
The Naples Winter Wine Festival is a spectacular event that brings together wine enthusiasts, collectors and philanthropists from around the globe to celebrate world-class food and wine with over 20 renowned vintners and numerous celebrity chefs.
While attendees enjoy an unforgettable weekend of fine wine, delicious food and good-hearted revelry, Flexjet’s contributions over the years have made a significant impact on the festival’s philanthropic success. Contributions have included flight time on a midsized private jet, a winemaking experience in Sonoma and even a seven-night ski trip to Vail for eight people.
This year, Flexjet’s donations helped raise a record-breaking $33 million, including a grand prize of 15 hours of flight time aboard a midsized private jet. Every dollar raised under the auction tent funds the festival’s founding organization, the Naples Children & Education Foundation, whose annual grants and strategic initiatives transform the lives of underprivileged and at-risk children.
When paired with the jovial and charitable mood, the warm South Florida backdrop provided an apt environment in which to enjoy an exclusive ice cream bar, inspired by some favorite spirits, while taking in the Sikorsky S-76 on full static display, prominently placed on the festival green.
Attendees could bid for flight time on the very same Sikorsky S-76 helicopter and even had the chance to bid on a driving experience at The Concours Club in Miami and dinner at Verge – which serves a menu developed by Chef Brad Kilgore, a James Beard Award nominee.
In addition to the record-breaking donations, Flexjet CEO Mike Silvestro expressed his pride in contributing to the success of this remarkable charity, touching the lives of hundreds of thousands of children across Southwest Florida and creating a legacy of hope and positive transformation.
WARREN HENRY HELIPAD VIP UNVEILING
Just a year after making a full fleet of Sikorsky S-76 private helicopters available to service South Florida, Flexjet returned to Miami to host a lively winter weekend – aimed at recognizing accomplishments and advancements but reaffirming an investment toward the future with a joint helipad venture between Flexjet and Warren Henry Auto Group.
This new North Miami service hub, with the addition of others, will help private flyers take advantage of a convenient and expanding service footprint.
The soirée hosted on February 2nd, by Warren Henry Auto Group and Flexjet, took place atop the auto group’s headquarters to celebrate this joint helipad venture with a well-received reception that included some surprises and plenty of showmanship.
In typical Flexjet fashion, attendees were treated to an evening complete with curated bar selections, fine wines, live cigar rolling and even exclusive caviar pairings from Caviar Russe, offering a taste of what could be had at their restaurants in Manhattan and Miami.
Showcased was an impressive display of imported dealership vehicles, live musicians and dancers, but chiefly among them was the Flexjet Sikorsky S-76 helicopter presented on the newly minted helipad.
The evening was enjoyed by all and reflected the growing ties that Flexjet has in the Miami area. It was an inspiring evening that looked to the future with optimism and a shared vision of innovative helicopter offerings. To cap off the evening with another stroke of generosity amongst this Miami milestone, one lucky guest won a drawing awarding them complimentary hours aboard Flexjet’s Florida-based luxury helicopter fleet.
MIAMI MOTORCAR CAVALCADE CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE
On Sunday, February 4th, the Motorcar Cavalcade, a prestigious car show that attracts automobile enthusiasts and luxury experience fans worldwide, returned to the Miami region at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura.
The showcase included a diverse array of rare, ultra-customized, remarkable and historic automobiles – ranging from iconic vintage classics to cutting-edge modern exotics. The event’s esteemed judging panel consisted of notable figures from the automotive world, sports stars, and VIP celebrities. Motorcar Cavalcade is a celebration of cars, cuisine and lifestyle, making it the perfect event for any car enthusiast or connoisseur of the truly unique.
In addition to an enviable assortment of priceless automobiles, Motorcar Cavalcade also welcomed Flexjet as a new addition to the gallery. Flexjet offered patrons a glimpse at the Sikorsky S-76 and provided curious onlookers with refreshments and a relaxing space to unwind.
The Flexjet exhibit was a welcome addition to the event and provided a unique perspective on luxury travel – it was an unforgettable experience that left a lasting impression on all who attended.
